• Regular feedback calls to clients to review performance of staff placed on both temporary and permanent basis
• Performance management programs in place for our offsite employees
• Regular internal and external audits

Apart from our own capacity to perform a high level of service for our clients and candidates, the benchmark set through ISO 9001 certification is something we continually acknowledge in our approach.
